Our hat factory
This factory is founded in 1997. With over 20 years of experience, they developed
and offered a wide range of hat styles from basketball caps and hats to beanies, and assorted with various techniques including advanced embroidery, printing, wash, laser cut and injection moulding production lines.
The factory is BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audited and Fair labor association certified. It has ISO 9001 standard complied and assessed by SGS and Intertek on general practice and quality assurance process. Over the years they have grown more and more familiar with sustainable materials, and have a great capability on sourcing and partnering with mills that offer recycled and organic materials. They are also always open to explore new designs, techniques and materials.
